Your website is one of the best on any subject for any purpose I have ever found on the web. What makes it so very good is that it is visually pleasing (colors are sharp and exactly as they appear in person; items are well-arranged, not crowded with background prints) and efficient (I can actually find what I want without having to hunt and peck and look under every button for hours; plus, every link works). The one time I had a problem, I emailed the webmaster and Josh emailed me back within 15 minutes (after 5 o'clock mind you) and kindly suggested that the problem was in my computer. He was right!

I am a new customer to your mosaic tile products. I have ordered from two other companies in the past, liking one company's product but not the other's. Your product is by far my favorite of all. The tiles have such wonderful color and are so easy to break which it great for me due to the fact that I do not have the best hand strength around.
I found your products at Michael's craft store here in Birmingham, AL and noticed your website address on the package. After using your tiles and realizing how much I liked them, I decided to order some more online. I ordered a 3 lb. mixture bag, a 1 lb. pastel mixture bag and a couple of one-color only bags. To my surprise there were a large amount of metallic tiles in the 3 lb. bag. I could not have been more thrilled and the colors were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Metallics are most definitely my favorites.
So, I just thought I would send you a note to let you know how much I have enjoyed using your tiles and to thank you for offering such a good product. I look forward to ordering some more tiles from you in the future.

I ordered twice just recently (for the first time) and received exactly
what I wanted. The tiles were packed securely in the box and none were
broken or chipped. FedEx was the only problem I had. We live in a rural
area and I guess they had some trouble getting their deliveries straight.
However, Mosaic Mercantile sent tracking information to me via email and
when I noticed a hold up, I contacted Julian at once. He not only called
and talked with my husband to verify information & go over details, but
also called FedEx, & even emailed me too. He was extremely quick to answer
my other --yes, frantic at times-- emails and kept in touch with me until I
received the order, only a couple of days later.

Customer service & courtesy mean a lot to me & they have it covered. I like
feeling like I'm more than just another customer. I've checked around &
I've ordered elsewhere, but Julian impressed me at Mosaic Mercantile--I'm
staying! ;-)
