Our Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Fedex (Federal Express)
for a flat fee of $9.00. All orders shipped within California are charged
an additional 8.50% sales tax. We strive to ship all in-stock orders within
3-5 business days of the date your order is placed, during sales (when order volume is high) we
may require up to seven business days. We ship by Fedex Ground/Home Delivery
from San Francisco, so expect delivery times from 4 to 12 business days
depending on your location from the date of shipment.
Orders are processed between Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm PST.
We can send orders internationally but this involves additional
freight charges. We ship international orders via USPS (www.usps.com). If you would like an order shipped outside the US, please
email us with your request.
Our Return Policy
You may unconditionally return any item purchased from
MosaicMercantile.com if you are not satisfied. We will refund the cost
of any item (not including shipping) purchased from our Internet store
within 30 days. All returns must include original packaging. Please include
a copy of your invoice and reason for return so we will credit your account
promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: All Clearance item and Seconds Tile sales are FINAL.
Returns must first receive an Return Authorization number
and shipping instruction. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Phone

Out-of-Stock Items
At MosaicMercantile.com we strive to keep a full inventory of each item we
offer. On rare occasions, we may be out of stock of a particular item that you
may have ordered. Expect the back ordered item to take no more than two weeks.
Our Warehouse
We often receive email telling us "Hey, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area too! Can I just stop by and pick up some tile in person?"
We're very sorry, but as a wholesale company, we operate out of a large industrial warehouse not set up for retail. Our Internet business is
conducted entirely through the Internet, without retail store personnel, and we pass the savings on to you!
