• "I am a second generation mosaics artist and have experimented with different mosaic materials. Presently I make mosaics out of stained glass pieces and broken ceramic plates. My work is about both- the process and the subject matter. I consider the stained glass to be my paint. I work with it like a painter who mixes her colors on a palette and then puts them on the canvas to make a picture. My compositions vary in thematic ranging from portraits to flowers to cosmic scenes of stars and comets."
